Automatic welding machine for circular seam consists of: head, bed,
tailstock, gun mount, mobile systems and automatic welding power
supply component.
Positioning way: positioning the workpiece from the first by
bracket, Spindle with chuck or fixture clamping, pneumatic
tailstock top tight assembly.
Welding method: rotating head driven the workpiece rotating,
supporting a lifting body and welding oscillator, to achieve
multi-swing welding.
Control system: PLC + Touch industrial way, the system is
especially suitable for automatic multi-layer welding process,
welding parameters for each layer and enhancement height between
layers can be preset and automatically switches between the lower
layer of the welding parameters.
Application: The device, choosing a single gun or double gun mode
achieves swinging multi-ring weld seam. Applied to hydraulic
cylinders, car direction frame, shaft, pump storage, chemical and
medical containers, gas cans, fire equipment, mining and production
lines with a roller and the reservoir liquid products such as
welded tube.
